You are eligible to request a partial or full refund of your vehicle history report within 14 days following the purchase. However, you will lose your opportunity to get a refund if you fail to submit your request within this specified timeframe.
Additionally, it is important to note that relying on any vehicle history report before buying a car is at your own risk. EpicVIN will not be held responsible for any purchase decision you make based on our reports.
Valid Refund Reasons
Here are some valid reasons for a refund:
- The vehicle history report you received was empty.
- You were charged twice for the same vehicle history report.
Invalid Refund Reasons
Here are some invalid reasons for a refund:
- The vehicle history report wasn’t accurate or contained errors.
- The vehicle history report you received was incomplete.
- You received the vehicle history report late.
How To Request for Refund

- Vehicle VIN number
- Reason for the refund
- Your Name
- Your Surname
- Date of purchase
- Method of payment
- Your PayPal transaction ID or last four (4) digits of your credit or debit card
